If you are sexually active, we suggest you take our fully comprehensive 32 pathogens STD screening. It is the only way to be sure that you are not carrying any STD and more importantly not passing it to others.
Each STD has a different incubation period after sexual intercourse and will not show up until:
Chlamydia - 7 days (after the encounter)
HIV - 28 days (after the encounter)
These are guidelines, if you are showing symptoms before we suggest you get checked ASAP.
STD symptoms vary from the obvious such as rashes, redness and itchiness to discharge from genital area, sores and pain when passing urine. Some STDs can take months to show symptoms or even show no symptoms at all. This means you could be carrying an infection without even knowing. The only way to be sure is to get checked!
Every test is sent to our lab for analysis. We will keep you updated by WhatsApp. We aim to have results within 24 hours they will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email. If you have tested positive, we will offer advice on the best course of treatment for you.
